Where can I find or ?
Most often on Lighthouse at top loot spawns. Find spawns on map
Less often on Reserve. Military electronics spawns. Find spawns on Reserve
Where can I find Goons (strong bosses roaming different maps)?
On our main page there is a slider with 4 items, one of them shows where they were recently spotted. You can use icons "Goons location history" for navigation as well. And there is a mark about Bosses on top right corner of the web-page - Bosses and recent location icons.
