Find the basement in the Health Resort's west wing on Shoreline.

In a large room with a pool, there is a hole in the wall; you need to go up to it so that the objective is marked done.

Now you have to get out alive and complete the task. You can get out alive in a different raid on Shoreline without approaching the hole again.
