Go on Reserve , and head down to the bunker. All three folders with military documents are located in the command post area.

Find all documents on the map

The first folder lies on the table behind the room, in which the power is supplied via the lever.

The second folder is in the closet in the large hall.

The third folder is at the bottom of the closet behind the glass in the room, in which the first folder is.
