The Lab in Escape From Tarkov

Terra Group Labs is a secret research facility located underground in the central region of Tarkov. There are no official documents confirming the existence of an underground laboratory. It is possible to judge its activities only based on some fragmentary data. According to the data, the laboratory staff is conducting biological, chemical, and physical research, as well as testing some classified technologies.

If the player loses any items on this map, they will no longer be able to return them. Items will be lost forever. Insurance won't work either. After the player's death, the vendor will still send people searching for items. But later, a player will receive a message from him stating that people could not find the secret laboratory in Tarkov and died while searching for lost items.

There is a warning system on the territory of the underground complex. It is triggered when some important event occurs, for example, when the player opens the Parking lot, Hangar, or elevators exfils.
