How to complete the quest?
You should kill 20 PMCs from at least 100m away.
The quest is similar to A Shooter Born in Heaven, except that you can kill in any part of the body.
The Woods is best suited for this quest, as there are large open spaces at which you can have a needed distance.
However, even on Customs, there are places where you can kill from over 100 meters away from you.
