How to complete the quest?

Car batteries can be crafted at the second level of the workbench in the hideout using a military battery and a multi-tool (It is worth remembering that things made in the hideout are marked “Found in raid”). Spark plugs can be crafted there as well.

They can also be found in «Goshan» and OLI on shelves (Details on the map), but the chance for them to spawn is pretty low.

It's better to look for spark plugs at the spawns of electronics. For example, in stores on Interchange.

Spark plugs can also be found in file cabinets. There are four file cabinets at The National store on Interchange for example.
