        How to complete the quest?

        Our path lies to the Health Resort on Shoreline. 

        Find room 108 of the eastern wing of the Health Resort (no key required). Go to the end of the room, and on the blue barrels to your left, there will be the desired folder that you should pick up.

        Now you need to get out alive and hand the folder over to Peacekeeper.
