How to complete the quest?

Take four gold neck chains from Skier as starting equipment and obtain another 5 somewhere (buy at the flea, find in the raid, etc.).

You can also find them at Health resort: in rooms 206, 310 of the East wing, and room 220 of the West wing.

If, after successful planting, an option to plant another doesn't appear, open and close your inventory (double-Tab by default).

On Interchange, the planting place is located in Generic Shop. There will be green boxes with a bed in front of the mannequin and a weapon safe. Plant chains near the bed.

On Customs, go to the three-story dormitory. There will be two microwaves in the kitchen (opposite to rooms 313 and 315); the place for stacking chains is between them.

The third place is on Woods. Go to three makeshifts at the sawmill. Plant golden chains near the farthest bed in the second (middle) makeshift.

Come on in, if you’re serious, got a new task for you! Those cameras you planted actually bore some fruit. Managed to find the right men, on good terms with Scavs. In short, I want to chum them up a bit, for the sake of peace. Because nowadays they are just too insane, these bastards. Wasting anyone indiscriminately, scared all my customers away, those motherfuckers. The trick is, these thieving bitches are from different gangs, and all need a different approach. So far we've settled on three gold chains for each, to get the conversation going, and we’ll see where it goes... I don’t have enough chains for all of them, but you’re a smooth operator, you’ll get them in no time. I'll point you where to stash them. Also, you should make sure the Interchange is clear of PMCs at the specific time, because otherwise, the right people may not reach the stash.
