How to complete the quest?
Go to Interchange and look for three cargo manifests.
The Goshan’s manifests are located in the offices on the table, next to the Goshan store itself, if you go towards IDEA.
The OLI manifests can be found in the OLI store, in the square with computers.
The IDEA manifests are located in IDEA offices on one of the tables.
A more detailed location of the manifests is presented below.
Pick the manifests up, leave the location alive, and pass them to Ragman.
