        How to complete the quest?

        You need to mark the helicopter at the Rogues base on Lighthouse.

        Buy an MS2000 marker from Prapor and go on Lighthouse. 

        Before you mark the helicopter you must clear the surrounding area to get to it.

        Below is a video of how you can kill the Rogues.

        If you don't want to kill them, or if you can't, then you can go to a popular server and, after waiting for about two-thirds of the raid, go to the helicopter. Most likely during this time the Scavs / PMC players will clear the territory for you.
