How to complete the quest?

Requires a second level of loyalty from the Skier
Take the starting equipment from Peacekeeper. Put the multitool in the special slot in your inventory, and place SV-98 in the weapon slot.

Go to Shorelineand find a breakwater with a broken boat against a burning gas station below on the coast (near the Norvinskiy yacht club).

Stash items near the boat, then exit the location. If you successfully stashed items but died, you do not need to stash them again.

If you die before stashing, you'll need to buy items again.

Good afternoon, mercenary. My name is Peacekeeper, and you were recommended by Skier, as a man who knows his value and the value of loyalty too. Let's not waste time and get straight to business. I need to deliver certain gear to certain people. I'll give you all the stuff I need to be moved, and your job will be to leave it all in a certain spot - on the Shoreline, next to one of the - what’s it called - breakwaters. There is a boat nearby, and that is where you drop the gear. Is the task clear?
