        This machine gun spawns ONLY on the Kaban boss on the Streets of Tarkov (patch 0.13.5). The required machine gun can appear at the boss with a 33% chance. Sometimes it’s not the quest PKP that drops, but the PKM that doesn’t fit. Or another gun.
