How to complete the quest?
Kollontay is one of the bosses on Streets of Tarkov map.
His spawn locations are MVD Academy and Klimov Trading Mall.
Find on map
Almost always he resides inside the buildings and attacks players through windows, while his goons push the target.
His four goons have raider's AI and a behaviour of assaults, to constantly put pressure on the player. Can have armor and helmets of up to 5 class, but faceshield is 3 or below.
Kollontay himself has 300 HP in thorax and 65 in head, so it's recommended to kill him with precise headshots. His head protection is a level 2 class Firefighter's helmet, so no penetration problem for medium tier ammo.
Be advised that Kollontays melee attacks (with a Police Baton) have a chance to inflict a "Panic" status on a player, jamming his current weapon.
