How to complete the quest?
The Reshala’s bodyguards (aka Zavodskoy's) are dressed in a traffic police uniform.
You need to kill three of them. So, go to Customs and check Reshala’s spawn locations. Once you spot a Reshala, just kill 3 of his bodyguards, and the quest will be marked as completed.
