How to complete the quest?
You need to find arsenals in two barracks and a duty room in the eastern barracks (Black Pawn) on Reserve.
In the eastern barracks (Black Pawn) go to the second (arsenal there opens with the RB-ORB3 Key) and the fourth floor – check the arsenals. On the third floor check the duty room (which opens with RB-OB Key).
In the southern barracks (White Pawn), go to the second (arsenal there opens with the RB-ORB2 Key) and the fourth floors as well (arsenal there opens with the RB-ORB1 Key).
