It is recommended to go on Customs to the second floor of the library building. Medicine here spawns on tables and racks.

You can also go on Reserve and visit the hospital (Building with a drawing of a white bishop chess piece)

As for Interchange, go to Mantis, TARZDRAV, and Apteka shops. Look for tables and shelves in these stores.

On Shoreline, there is a lot of medicine in the resort. The following are the rooms in which you can find medical bags or shelves with medicine.

East wing: 102 – medical bag; 103 – a rack; 104 – medical bag and a rack; 228 – medical bag; 212 (entrance through 211) – medical bag; 213 – medical bag; utility room (entry through 327) – medical bag.

Morphine can be found in the pockets of Reshala’s guards and Raiders.
