        There you'll find a dead scav's body. 

        From patch 0.15 at the new DAY Factory, the letter will spawn inside the backpack of this dead scav(BUG).
        AT THE NIGHT FACTORY, THE LETTER IS SPAWNED IN THE RIGHT HAND, WITHOUT A BUG

        Also, the letter will spawn near the corpse on the floor from the left hand side
         

        Next, you need to leave the location alive and hand over the letter to Therapist.
