Somewhere along the coast there must be satellite dishes or something similar, serious. There are at least a couple of these devices, at a distance of four hundred meters or so.

How to complete the quest?
There are two points on Shoreline where the antennas (signal sources) are located. It’s enough just to walk up to them.
Must be done in one raid, otherwise it won't count.

The first point is located on the roof of the western wing of the Health resort.
The second one is located next to the weather station.
Once you approach both signal sources you just need to get out of location alive.
