How to complete the quest?

Aramid and ripstop fabrics can be found in clothing stores on Interchange. On the ground floor, there are AVOKADO, KO’STIN, tRend, NORTEX, Dino Clothes, Spiel, and TOP BRAND stores. On the second floor, there are Father & Sons, jacob & jacob, Figaro, Urban Clothes, SARA, and FS stores.

Paracord can be found in bunkers on Reserve or scavs can bring them from scav case in the Hideout for Moonshine.

Ripstop fabrics can be crafted in the Hideout in Lavatory lvl 1.
