        RSP-30 reactive signal cartridge (Yellow)
        or
        ZiD SP-81 26x75 signal pistol
        , charged
        26x75mm flare cartridge (Yellow)
        to shoot into the sky in the courtyard of the Pinewood Hotel to complete the quest.
