        How to complete the quest?

        This quest is only obtainable by USEC PMCs.

        Set up Russian or Eastern European servers if ping allows you to do so.
        On Lighthouse, PMCs are most often can be found at a rich cottage at the beginning of the raid.
        There are a lot of snipers on the rocks at this location, it is useless to look for them without a thermal scope. So play from where you spawn. If you are lucky enough to spawn at the cottages - sit in them, if at the Rogues' base, then try to get into the back of the player who will clear it.
