        To complete the task you need to visit smuggler's base on Shoreline and eliminate 25 enemies (of any kind) in it's vicinity. Scav bots can spawn there, but rarely, so the task may take time to complete.

Anyway, there's a bunch of looters at the base now, taking everything they can get their hands on. 

        Go down there and explain to them why they shouldn't steal from my boys.
